અધ્યાત્મિકતા એટલે શું ?

અધ્યાત્મિકતા (Adhyātmikata) એટલે આપણા આત્મા સાથેનો સંબંધ અને પરમાત્મા સાથેનું જોડાણ.

અહીં કેટલીક અગત્યની બાબતો છે જે અધ્યાત્મિકતાને સમજાવે છે:

  • આત્મજ્ઞાન (Ātmajñāna): આપણા સાચા સ્વરૂપને સમજવું.
  • ** પરમાત્મા સાથેનું જોડાણ (Paramātmā sāthe jōdāņa):** ईશ્વર (Īshwar) અથવા પરમ તત્ત્વ (Param tattva) સાથે આપણું જોડાણ કેવી રીતે સ્થાપિત કરી શકાય તે સમજવું.
  • ** મુક્તિ (Mukti):** જન્મ-મરણના ચક્રમાંથી મુક્તિ મેળવવાનો માર્ગ.
  • ** સારા અને નરસા વચ્ચેનો ભેદ (Sārā ane narasā vachche no bhed):** સારા અને નરસા વચ્ચેનો તફાવત સમજવો અને સારા માર્ગ પર ચાલવાનું મહત્વ.

અધ્યાત્મિકતા વિશે જાણવા के लिए (ke liye) ઘણા માર્ગો છે, જેમ કે:

  • Decisions: Our unconscious mind can influence our decisions, even when we think we are making them consciously. Studies have shown that our unconscious mind can start processing information and making decisions before we are even aware of it.
